Okay , so few updates.
I can access the live CD/USB and the grub command line for Debian 11 Installer after disabling secure boot in bios.
However when I try to access Grub for Debian 12 , I can't seem to access it , it just shows welcome to grub and immideatly switches to GNU/Linux loading screen and then boots to show kernel panic message.
Anyway I can approach this?
Help would be appreciated.
