That is exactly what them distributions that have rolling releases do, as the new software comes out it gets packaged up into their repositories and the perpetual upgrade cycle continues when the next new batch comes. Just like Debian testing/unstable combo does it. It is just a matter of semantics, now Debian does exercise a little more control over the process with some planning involved in the way the packages get to come into the repositories. But it is essentially a rolling release model whether intended to be used as that is another matter.Then it's not Trixie you want, it is Testing now but will become Stable when it's released. "kind of rolling" is not what Testing is like either, it's a development release. Testing means eternal upgrades.
