Hi, I am curious about the changes to the kernel in debian so I want to know where to find the changelogs at, I can't seem to find it on the internet.

At the source code level, the Debian project preserves and distributes the original source code of each piece of software (i.e. the kernel) together with the patches contributed by Debian developers/maintainers.

In the online Debian Tracker (https://tracker.debian.org) section of each Debian package, anyone can inspect the changelogs (which will also be installed on your computer, as already advised by @RedGreen925) and its complete source code with the Debian patches for it (in the /debian/patches/ directory), if any.

You can also reach the Debian Tracker searching for Debian Packages from the online Debian page:
