Not once released as stable, they enable all the repositories when setting it up I would think the proposed-updates is there too before they go stable. That way those people who never do a new install will already have the correct sources.list now debian.sources when it goes stable. And now I put it in the debian.sources to check sure enough it is."trixie-backports" seems oxymoronic
