Installation • Install with two encrypted disks

Hello,
[..] how to install Bookworm with KDE on a desktop machine on an encrypted SSD for the OS/UEFI and an encrypted HDD for /home, while only having to type one password once.

I wonder whether the solution is to use lvm to combine things, but I'm confused about what comes first: lvm or encryption , or partitioning.
You ask two different questions:
1) How can I configure Debian to ask for the same passphrase only once for two encrypted partitions ?
2) Should I use LVM for disk encryption ?

For question #1, it should theoretically be insecure to encrypt two partitions with the same passphrase (if the passphrase is leaked, both partitions can be hacked). If you want to do it anyway, you can see here:For question #2, you can encrypt partitions without LVM.
