I want to know the algorithm for solving such questions.
There isn't one. It depends on the error.

Code:

journalctl -b 0 -g error --no-pager
This will likely return some lines with ‘error’
Few can be serviced by the user.

Sometimes it can be useful, if bored, to search these out and see what we can fix. Keep in mind the range of use, and misuse of the term error. We can also search for other alarming terms like ‘failed’, ‘permission’, ‘warning’...

So when pursuing an error the first step to actually report, verbatim, the error in question.
