Beginners Questions • [Sound] No sound on headphones

I had this same problem and have found a fix that worked for me.
(I use Debian 12 with the KDE desktop enviornment)
In the right bottom corner in the taskbar click on the speaker icon.
Here I had my internal microphone muted(Microphone, not headphones). When I unmuted my microphone for some reason the audio started working again.
I have tried a lot of things before that ChatGPT said might help, but this was the final thing that fixed it for me, so I hope this fixes the issue for you to.
