Hardware • System stutters when disk is being used. I/O wait is sometimes shown on CPU. NVME SSD

I made some changes in the BIOS and now kdiskmark looks like this. Is this normal?

Looks fine. Your random 4K writes improved a lot, what did you change in BIOS? Have the stutters gone? Writes will always vary when cache is filled and emptied.
It's way faster than my SATA SSD.

Changed all the PCIe slot settings in BIOS from "auto" to the maximum, which is gen4 for the nvme I'm pretty sure.
Don't know if this fixed the stuttering issue, but the 500% increase on kdiskmark is a good sign lol
