Please, edit the subject of the first post to reflect this, i.e.:

[Installation] Can't install GRUB with raid1+efi setup

Can you please report the Debian version and partition scheme for your disks ? You can use the command:You could use the third ssd as an EFI boot disk (if EFI is required).
