Few days (I do not know exact, I think less than a week) we_universal board theme seems strange on the top.
There was big logo with headline with some terminal background, as you can see in [Feature] Choose the Debian User Forums theme topic.
The image has disappeared in my browser (there is only text, alt attribute of img tag, "forum header image", server returns HTTP status code: 404 Not Found) and there is visible only half of menu text:
