ESR is using an ancient profile with a few add-ons and some config tweaks. 125 is using a fresh profile with no add-ons or config tweaks so that in itself may account for a point or two.
To test the effects of the profile, I created a fresh profile in ESR version with no add-ons or tweaks and it scored 7.01. Quite a difference but still 125 shows a significant improvement.
Computer is an 8 year old Intel i5 6500 with 16GB RAM and 1TB SATA SSD.
